Lori Keyser-Marcus, Ph.D., associate director of AWHARE, is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and the Division of Addiction Psychiatry. Currently, Keyser-Marcus is a co-investigator and coordinator on Dace Svikis’ REACH US infant mortality project, awarded by the Center for Disease Control. She received her doctorate in developmental psychology from VCU in 2004. Her research interests include youth tobacco use, perinatal addiction and familial substance use on child outcomes.
